RF Tools is a multifunction utility for Land Mobile Radio technologists and engineers.

RF Tools currently provides the following functions:

ERP_TX - Will calculate transmitter output power settings for a given FCC ERP license restriction, line type & length, combiner loss and antenna gain.

dB/SWR - Will calculate dB gain/loss for power in watts or voltage in volts or SWR for forward and reflected power in watts.

TTA/RMC - Will calculate the attenuation required to meet a Tower Top Amp receive system design reserve gain. Supply the TTA gain, line type and length, and design reserve gain.

Transmission line types supported are:

• Andrew LDF6-50 1 1/4"
• Andrew LDF5-50 7/8"
• Andrew LDF4-50 1/2"
• Andrew LDF2-50 3/8"
